My practice and I have been working with the social doctor since our inception a few months ago. James and his team designed a fabulous website for us that was delivered on time and met all of my aesthetic expectations. Our website, more than anything else, really shapes the feel of our brand and I’m very pleased with it. The team worked with local North Carolina based photographers and provided them with great recommendations for the best photography for our website which turned out very nice. The social doctor continues to work on optimizing our SEO and with their help we have been able to grow our practice much faster than expected.

In January 2023, I began serving as Advanced Dermatology, PC's Director of Marketing and inherited a website redesign project midstream with Social Doctor and their Creative Director, James Bass. While we have not yet launched our new site (projected for early April), I am compelled to share my experience working with this thorough and collaborative partner.

Inserting new leadership mid-project can be tricky -- but what I found was Social Doctor had guided our CEO and COO through the site architecture and content consideration phases beautifully. I joined this team of professionals right as we transitioned into the design phase and throughout, James and the Social Doctor team have been both creative and willing to push us to where we need to be - while never losing site of the functionality a hard-working site for a very busy and varied dermatology practice group need to be. What could have been tenuous or challenging -- or delayed/derailed -- has been anything but.
